The COBRA premium may change from time to time. Always contact the Fund Office to know the current premium amounts.
The monthly COBRA Retiree premium rates for retirees:

Once your COBRA coverage as a retiree ends, you may still continue coverage under the Fund’s Annual Retiree Coverage. A notification will be mailed at this time.
